Customer account

You can create a customer account by going to the My Account subpage and filling in the registration details. After your company details are verified by our staff, you will be able to log in to your account and make your first purchase. The customer account verification process may take up to 48 hours.

We currently process payments via PayPal, which also allows payment by Visa/Mastercard.

Settlements

Yes, you will receive a collective invoice which we issue on the last day of the billing month. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided when registering the customer account.

We do not charge any subscription or registration fees. Creating a customer account is completely free and does not involve any additional fees.

Orders

Send an e-mail to kontakt@shumee.pl with information about: – customer data (name, surname, address) – date of ordering the goods – reason for return – number of returned products – account number for refund You will receive information within 1-2 business days about how to prepare the goods for shipment and when the courier will arrive. After returning the product, the funds will be refunded to the provided account number.

We are very sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. In this case, please send us information about the reason for the complaint to kontakt@shumee.pl In the email, please include: – customer data (name, surname, address) – reason for the complaint – a short description of what happened – photos showing the damage . Within approximately 1-2 business days, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed to replace the product/part.

You can cancel your order until we start processing it. Once you have received a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.

We can change the delivery address until we start processing the order. If you have already received a tracking number, we are unable to edit the delivery address.

Delivery

We make all deliveries by courier. All items shipped by us are trackable. We use reputable courier companies such as DPD, DHL and GLS.

We ship all shipments for free, with no additional fees.

Yes, immediately after sending the shipment with your order, you will receive a unique shipment number enabling you to monitor the delivery process.

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands, we plan to add additional delivery countries in the future.

Integration

The first thing you need to do is register a customer account in our store. The service will activate your account after verifying your company details. After activation and logging in to your customer account, you will have access to xml product feeds (link) that you can use to add shumee products to your online store or marketplace.

Product information is updated every day at night.

Currently, you cannot decide what products are included in the feed. XML feeds are universal for all our clients. However, you can disable products that you do not want to sell after adding them to your store.

Yes, you can sell our products both in your online store and on marketplace platforms.
